She will learn a group production number, accompany her assigned Miss or Teen contestant during evening gown, make friends, take part in a service project, and enjoy the Princess celebration.

No. Princesses take part in the group production number and escort their assigned contestant during evening gown. They do not perform an individual talent.

Yes. Practice with the choreography videos shared in the Princess WhatsApp group. The team will teach formation-specific timing and group parts during pageant week. If you joined later or cannot see the videos, ask the team to resend them.

A crown and sash are provided. Please leave any sash from your local organization at home so all princesses wear the program’s sash.

Assignments were shared with registered families. If you cannot find your daughter’s assignment or need a correction, Contact the Princess team.

No. Bring a white dress of her choice for the evening gown escort. Any style is welcome; a formal gown is optional.

The program provides the top. Families provide a black skirt in any fabric, cut, or style, including sequins. Choose a skirt she can dance and move comfortably in. Add shorts underneath if needed for coverage from all stage angles.

Shoes may be any color or style. Tennis shoes are preferred for practice. Have her practice in the shoes she will wear for the production number.

No theme colors are required. Comfortable clothes that are easy to dance in are appropriate.

No. It is a royal party. She may wear a party dress of her choice and can coordinate with her Miss or Teen contestant if she would like. Pajamas are not required.

Yes. She needs her production outfit and white escort dress for both days.

Princesses perform the group production number in both preliminary shows and both finals. She escorts her assigned contestant only when that contestant appears in evening gown.

Tell the Princess team in advance so they can plan. The team confirmed that families may choose to skip a show, including the Miss final if their daughter is paired with a Teen. Otherwise, the team plans for every princess to participate in every show.

Contestants numbered 11 and above are scheduled for evening gown in Preliminary 1. Contestants numbered 1–10 are scheduled for evening gown in Preliminary 2. Princesses still perform the group number in both shows. Confirm your daughter’s assignment with the team if you are unsure.

Yes. Parents, grandparents, and other audience members need tickets for each preliminary or final they want to watch. A parent ticket is not included with Princess participation.

No. Princesses do not need tickets for the shows in which they participate.

2026 ticket prices are $35 for preliminaries and $65 for finals. Contact the Princess team for the current box-office link and confirm the final price, including any fees, when booking.

No. The team confirmed that there will be no livestream for the 2026 shows.

No. Princesses and their parents do not attend the Legacy Breakfast as part of this program, so you do not need to buy a breakfast ticket for Princess participation.

No. Participation is optional. Your daughter may walk with her assigned contestant or enjoy the parade as a spectator with your family. The Hats Off Parade takes place inside Mid-Valley Performing Arts Center in Taylorsville and is free to attend. See the public event schedule for the date and time.

She can coordinate her hat and outfit with her contestant or choose her own look. Cowboy hats, trucker hats, derby-style hats, and other styles are welcome. The contestants’ hats represent themselves, their community, or their S.E.R.V.E. initiative; the parade is not judged.

No. If she is paired with more than one contestant, she may choose one to walk with. There is not enough time for her to walk with both.

No. Only Miss and Teen contestants sign autographs. Families and princesses are invited to meet the contestants at the autograph and dance party following the Hats Off Parade.

No. All required forms and resources are also linked in your welcome email. The team confirmed that you can use those links without going through Monday.com. If Monday is not working on your phone, you may also try a computer.

Check your spam folder first. If the email is still missing, ask the team to resend it. New WhatsApp members may not be able to see earlier messages or pinned files, so request any missing materials directly.

It helps the team get to know your daughter. Include her favorite things and the information requested on the form.

No. A photo taken at home in front of a white wall can work. Follow the photo requirements in your welcome materials so the image is suitable for the program book.

The status of all submitted items is available in Monday.com. Please log in to see your daughter’s submission status.

Use the schedule and instructions sent directly to registered families. Public show times are listed on the Princess program page. For personal arrival, departure, supervision, meal, or changing arrangements, Contact the Princess team so you can plan with the latest information.

The Princess WhatsApp group is the main source of communication. Ask the team for help if the parent or guardian handling your daughter’s participation cannot access the group.

Complete the attendance sheet shared with registered families in the Princess WhatsApp group. The first event on that sheet is the Hats Off Parade, held inside Mid-Valley Performing Arts Center. If you cannot find the sheet, ask the team to resend it.

No. Families may choose their own hotel. Contact the Princess team for current lodging information or questions about discount availability.
