Eligibility

Participation Requirements:

AGE ELIGIBILITY
Contestant must be at least 13 years of age on the first day of the state pageant and and cannot be a high school graduate on the first day of the state pageant she is competing in.

Full Time Student
Medical and Legal Female, Never Married, Not a Parent
Utah Resident or Full Time Employee or Student
Citizen of the United States of America
Able to Compete in All Areas of Competition
